These guys really know how to take care of a customer

If I could give them a zero star I would. I was a customer for almost for years and was on keep full. My card expired and due to the back to back loss of my mother and grandmother we were out of town for about 3 months. During this time I was taken off of keep full because of a bill of $218.00. So in December they filled my tank I put my card on file and it was filed again in January. I was told since my card was on file I would be put back on keep full. They didn’t fill in February and my pipes froze and busted. When I called they told me nope I wasn’t on keep full I would have to be on will call for the next two years before able to get back on keep full and that I owned my own tank I could go somewhere else.

No hidden charges. They charge a flat per gallon rate unlike the competition that charges misc fees on top of the per gallon rate. Keep up the good work!
