My husband and I were very pleased with their good service. My salesman is Jacob or Jake, was very nice, easy to deal with and not pushy. We did not have any problem contacting him, he was always available and answered all our questions. Mr. Ian was friendly and nice too. I got my 2021 Seltos S without any stress. Thank you guys! Pitre Kia is the best car dealer in Albuquerque.

One of my better car buying experiences. There was no pressure to buy, and the finance representative was very thorough and informative. He did talk fast, although that may have been due to customers waiting to finalize a purchase. The sales rep seemed to prefer taking to my husband rather than me as well, though that doesn't bother me too much. Much happier with this company than the last one I used. I would return to this dealership for another car in the future.

My husband and I had an appointment with Tristan to look at a car for myself and a truck for my husband. He was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about the cars. He was not pushy at all and answered every question we had. Everyone from the sales team to the finance team was the best we have ever worked with. Everyone was nice, transparent and worked hard to get us at the payment we wanted to be around on both cars. Left with two new cars and we are very happy customers. Will definitely continue to recommend and will use in the future.

Right from the beginning as I walk to the door I was made to feel welcome and not just a piece of meat or $. Tristen my salesman was professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. The Manager Bill was awesome and straight forward and very helpful as well. And lastly Ian my financial guy was fun, honest got me a great deal! Also thanks Ed!! You all made my experience awesome! Sal and Ian made my car buying experience SO easy. It was my first car I’ve ever purchased and it went smoothly. Sal explained things thoroughly and clearly. My boyfriend and I walked away with a 2021 Kia Forte and this place gained all my respect. I wish everyone the same fun, enjoyable experience I had!
