We came in to browse and saw a car we liked so headed in to the showroom to talk with someone. Within no time at all, Fernando was there to let us know he would be right with us. I liked that he did that so we weren't just standing there. He helped us find the version of the car that we wanted and let us take a test drive, showing all the awesome features! Back in the showroom he was very nice, getting us water and making conversation. It made the whole car buying process simple and also pleasant. Eric Garcia was amazing and made our car buying experience beyond great. He made sure we went over all of our options such as models, interiors, how everything in the car works. We never felt pressured to make a decision and he was super patient with us. Checked on us often and made sure we were okay waiting, offered to get our kids food, gave us drinks, got everything done in a timely matter considering how busy everyone was. I definitely recommend you search for a car here. Every single person we encountered was kind, helpful and made sure we got everything done and understood. From the salesman,nTo insurance, to finance, everyone was just so great and professional, we got exactly what we wanted!

This is the best dealership we have ever dealt with. For over 10 years, service has been excellent. From Brady (President) and the sales team of Monica, Jennifer (managers) and sales person Ali, they worked together to find out what we wanted before going the extra mile to find that perfect car that matched our needs. They were friendly while also being knowledgeable and responsive. Every contact point has been excellent and truly demonstrates a culture of personal service, focusing on the customer first. Juan Garcia - very thorough, patient, never made me feel pressured, made sure I was happy with my purchase. Respected my privacy when I told him I didn't want to be spammed with texts, emails, and phone calls after my first test drive. Called me to follow up at just the right time. Gave me the deal I wanted, made me feel very comfortable asking questions about how the car operates. Spent a lot of time walking me through the features and letting me try them out for myself.

We found a car we wanted online and called Perfection on the same day to set up an appointment. Fernando Vela set up the appointment and worked with us from start to finish. He met us at the door and made the process super easy. Easiest car buying experience we have ever had (except buying my first car from my grandma). We were done within a couple hours and he was VERY knowledgeable about all of the features of the car
