I felt very comfortable taking my car in for brakes and an oil change. The service rep was polite, didn’t talk down to me and was honest. He advised me to watch out for a few things since my car is older and high miles. I appreciated that there was no pressure attached to the advice.
Just picked up a dope Mustang. Michelle was super helpful as always and got my new car delivered quickly. My finance manager was helpful and courteous considering I kept getting calls while reviewing the contract. Nate with Allstate will end up saving me $50 on my insurance, coming from a Fusion. As always, a great experience at Chalmers Ford.

Absolutely had a wonderful experience, it was fast and I never was bored once which is a huge plus! They had the whole process down and they let me test the car out till my hearts content. Jim made sure I was taken care of and trusted me to Sherlock who helped me every single step of the way and made sure every need was met or every question answered.
