Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on Saturday, February 22nd. As we drove into the garage Diego met us and asked what we were there for, he went over the vehicle with us. While we waited Diego made sure we were kept apprised of what was going on. Diego showed great customer service not only to us but to every customer that came through. I highly recommend Diego and the service team at Larry Miller’s Casa Jeep.nnAugust 8, 2020 another great experience at Larry Miller’s Casa Jeep! Service folks awesome as usual, the waiting area was clean and appropriately spaced, a woman came in twice while was there to wipe down doors and chairs. Everyone we interacted with was awesome, great guys to work with.

Jess was an amazing sales person who helped me out so much. Vic also was great. Both helped me get a great deal and helped me when the first car I went to purchase didn't end up being what I wanted. They found me another car close by and got it to me the same week. Jess is the best ever, and she helped me so much throughout the entire process of trading in my car.nI highly recommend Jess and Vic.

Although we experienced a couple bumps in the road to finding our new vehicle, the team here did an excellent job of making things right. Jess was extremely attentive as our sales rep and continuously went above and beyond to help. Vic, the sales manager, was crucial to the success of the deal and walked us and his team through each step seamlessly. Lastly, Dave the GM, was very attentive and went out of his way to make sure we felt cared for. A huge thanks to all 3 of these employees for going above and beyond.

Purchasing a car new or used is a stressful process. However, This dealership has stepped up and gone above and beyond. I highly recommend Osman if you need to buy a car. He was wonderful and found my husband and I the vehicle we wanted. He was professional and very friendly. The entire staff was friendly. It was just a wonderful experience in purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you so much and keep up the amazing work!

2nd time I've been there for oil change and the next service date sticker was not replaced. As well told that tire pressure is only applied to the tire that needs air. I was use to Mark's Casa making sure that all the tires had the same pressure. I've brought 3 300s from 2006-2017 there and they gave me great experience. So I'm not sure of what type of experience or services I'll get now with the change ud83eudd14.as well as taking car ud83dude97 in for a recall that was done in 2019..but couldn't get an answer to why my time was wasted leaving my car overnight..usually there is a letter sent out telling you to contact dealership and what recall is due.So it seemed weird to get an call from New dealership. Then told that their system was updating and sorry.
