Out of 3 things I asked for but found 2 eventually. Don't make excuses to me at the window. You know how weekends and mornings go so your inventory should be available.

Exceptional service and I was very pleased to see that all staff were following covid safety guidelines. I went through the drive through and was pleasantly surprised by a young woman by the name of Makenna. She was incredibly friendly and professional, and recommended a new drink when i was unsure of what to order (pumpkin cold brew with foam i believe) that i ended up loving! even took the time to double check my order to make sure everything had been included. Fantastic service like this is why I prefer to stop by this Starbucks on my daily commute.

Not great. Always out of something and baristas are rushed and don't take the time to get to know you as good partners should.

Always a line sometimes out of product.staff is friendly tho.so worth the wait.

Terrible customer service. A bunch of young people who don't give a rats....if customer is satisfied...just threw out the order and moved on.
