I am so sad to write this review as I have never left a bad review before, but I had one of the worst experiences ever...never have I been treated this way at a salon before. maybe it's because I look young or perhaps because of my ethnicity? I had an appointment at 2, I got there on time with a few minutes to spare and was feeling very generous as i had just gotten a raise that day. the lady doing my nails was very nice and started on my new set, after about 20 minutes an older lady came in and said she's sorry she was late but she was here for her 2'oclock appointment. The lady doing my nails told me she was sorry,but she accidentally scheduled us both at 2, she asked if she could stop my set halfway through and work on this older woman very fast. I understood and said of course( I WAS THINKING THAT IT WOULD TAKE 5-10 MINUTES, MAYBE THE OLDER WOMAN BROKE A NAIL AND NEEDED IT FIXED) so I moved back to the waiting area as the older woman took my seat, she then goes on to ask for a new set and the nail woman began on her new set!!!! THIS DID NOT TAKE 5-10 MINUTES LIKE I THOUGHT IT WOULD IT TOOK 40 MINUTES! is my time not important? I did come in with my sister, but we drove separately as I had somewhere to be right after. I would have walked out after waiting 20 minutes however my nails looked like $hit as they were only halfway done. Eventually she starts on my nails again is very apologetic, the only reason I did not make a scene was because i was in such a good mood. This is not how you run a business, if you mess up with scheduling call one of the customers back and ask to push their appointment, all of our time is precious!!! Now what makes me even more mad is this woman got here 20 minutes late and for some reason the nail tech thought I was not important and asked me to rearrange my time to accommodate this late customer. Not to mention she rushed my nails and they look terrible, i had to set up an appointment elsewhere so they could fix the botched job. I did not leave the salon until 4! a new set should not take over 2 hours. Needless to say I will sadly not be returning, i had such high hopes and was hoping I could become a regular here... however it seems as if they do not value or respect a new young paying customers time and money. I love to support small businesses and was planning on leaving a $20 tip, needless to say I did not, but I am not a petty person and money is never an issue, so I still left half the amount. the lady tech was nice but obviously does not understand professionalism.

Great place love it here I came for my birthday and it was amazing Kim and staff here are perfect professional and use the best products..it's a must if you need anything done come visit.

I never been so satisfied with the service we got. we got what we wanted but way more better then what we expected. i loved this place.

Kim is beyond amazing! She has over 20 years of experience! All I have to do is show her a picture of what I want and she makes it even better than what I expect. She's fair with her price, sterile environment, professional services. Really enjoyed my experience with her. Such an upgrade to the nail salon that was there before!

Kim was wonderful! I walked in and she was so welcoming. My nails came out perfect! She was professional and helpful.nI’m glad to have a go to shop close to my house now.
