Used to love this place but the past two times I went I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order once I was there. I was told in the phone it would be 30-35 minutes went to pick up about 40 minutes later and was told my roll would be out in 5-10 I waited an hour in a half for 2 rolls and this was the second time it happened. I understand a business being busy but the volume coming in needs to be taken into account and their operations should change to fit that volume it’s not up to the customer to accommodate them because they planned poorly. I will not be going back.

The beef Ramen with the pork bone broth is delicious! The broth is rich and savory with the split hard boiled eggs to compliment the soup! Furthermore, the dumplings(I think) were just the right crunchy and tender as well, and the orange dipping sauce is one of a kind! Mmmmmmmm! Mandy and Tom are polite and attentive to the customer! Thank U for the wonderful meal, I will be a repeat customer!

First time customer and it was fantastic! Good, healthy portions and the flavor was really good. We got the egg rolls, teriyaki chicken bowl and yakasoba noodles. Definitely gonna try some other menu items soon.nWe did a pick-up order.

I ordered a tuna roll and miso soup from what used to be my favorite sushi place in Rio Rancho. Went to the counter to pick up my order and cashiers are scrambling to find my order. I told the male cashier my name for the third time and all of a sudden he remembered that they had already gave away a meal that I paid for. No verification required. No one apologized to me. They caught a major attitude and then argued with me because I held them accountable. Accountability is something that Nori’s employees work hard at staying away from. What happened to this place?? Upon opening the door the smell of fish pierced my four layer mask and rushed my nose.nHUGE RED FLAG‼ufe0f I should point out selflane is not a site safe site to input your credit card information.‼ufe0f

Good variety of sushi, authentic ramen and more in a casual dining setting at affordable prices. Friendly staff will happily make suggestions if needed.
