I went to Hooters on Wednesday and ordered the all you can eat Wings. My server Alexandra was great she approached my table and took my order. I enjoyed the wings and beer. The only thing that was off was the second order took a longer time to come out and they we're breaded. I ordered the naked it was brought by a different server but Alexandra came to my table and changed it out quickly. Otherwise great food and service.nnI really like this location much better than the San Mateo location. They must have changed the sauce for the hot wings. It was very good. I usually eat a few wings and the sauce is strong and makes me stop eating them. This time it made me want more. They seem to have gone up on their prices probably due to the lost business from the pandemic. Although I could be wrong.

I read all the reviews about this location but decided to go ahead and give this place a chance. We were seated but it took about 15-20 minutes to order drinks. I told the waitress that this was not a good start. To her credit EVERYTHING was on point and above from that point forward. Many other servers would have given up and service would have continued to spiral downward. She stayed upbeat and positive and gave us her best from that point forward. We (My son and I) had crab legs, lemon pepper wings, and curly fries. The food was excellent. Hats off to Jennifer for her hard work and attitude.

The waitress brought me sweet tea, I had ordered unsweetened with lemon, she offered to correct it and still brought me sweet tea. On top of that our shrimp was cold and stale. The food was horrible and the service was worse. At the end of our dinner she gave us all refills and low and behold she finally got me unsweetened tea. Paid $106.00 plus a tip that was above average and can say I will not be going back. We also waited for wings we ordered and they were not brought out with our meal and by the time they came out we were so disgusted with our service and quality of food that we didn't even eat them.

This establishment was awesome. I di recommend joining the wait list 15 minute prior. Food was good an the staff were awesome. We will return

Quick & easy getting in & out pickup. But gotta say, I haven't been at this location in awhile, quality of my wings has dropped from a 5 to about 3 1/2 on a scale of 1(low) to 5(high). I 15 lemon peper(4) & 15 reg. Hot (3 1/2) bone in.
