Seriously disappointed with this clinic. I have been going there for 1.5 years. At first I loved them (pre-COVID) as the Doctors were very nice and SEEMED like they took the time to discuss my child's health at the well visit.nNow that COVID has happened, I got charged TWICE at two separate health visits for ADDITIONAL office visits since the doctor had been asking questions about my son spitting up (why his weight was low). She provided NO medical diagnosis, and even worse, she charged the insurance for both a well visit and the office visit, which we obviously had to pay the additional. Our insurance explained that they billed the insurance as if we went in to discuss him spitting up- WRONG! We went in for a normal well visit and immunizations and the doctor was asking about if he spit up, and I explained no more than usual, an she said okay. Now why on earth that is ethical to charge for an additional visit- you tell me, but we are finding a different clinic now.

I have been taking my two young children to this clinic since we first moved here in January. We have seen Dr. Nichols and Dr. Neal and they have been absolutely wonderful! They take time to explain things thoroughly and my babies are very comfortable with them. I highly recommend either of them! I took one star off the rating because on two separate occasions I have called to make appointments and the scheduler has been either rude or has given me an attitude. Both times this attitude from her was unprovoked and very unprofessional. If I could speak with a different, more pleasant scheduler when I call I would immediately give this clinic Five Stars!

I called the On Call provider line because my son was having difficulty breathing. I was uneasy about it due to our previous experience with RSV.nnDr. Neal happened to be the doctor on call. He is an excellent doctor and actually listens to parent's concerns.nnIt was 10pm and I live 45 min away from his office. He met us at the office and took care of my son in the most professional, caring manner possible. He was patient and understanding. He answered all of our questions and stayed with us until he felt comfortable to let my son come home.nnThank you Dr. Neal for taking care of our son, and meeting us when you didn't have to.

We've had nothing but wonderful care here! Dr Neal and Dr Myers in particular have gone above and beyond the call of duty while looking it for our little one. Thank you!
