I'm not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from. I've been going here a couple of years and have found the staff extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend the shop!

I have been going to Allergy & Asthma Partners for years. I have never had to wait longer than 15min . It sounds as if people are talking about a totally different place.

My first visit I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Once the nurse came for me and took my vital signs, it was another 45 minute wait for the doctor. Once I saw the doctor, he refused to do skin panel test that I asked for and claimed I was likely allergic to something I have never reacted to in my life. He proceeded to make another appointment where I was double booked with another patient ( I suspect this is why the office is such a mess). I called the day before this appointment to cancel and was charged $50. I have NEVER been charged for an office visit when I have cancelled the previous day, especially since I KNOW I was double booked. Horrible staff and doctor. Go somewhere else. Would give zero stars if I could.

We called and we were told that doctor is running late. We came at new time we were given. 2 hours later - we still haven’t seen the doctor. Office is very cold. After complaining multiple times they finally turned temperature on. Bottom line - if you are coming here expect to wait for hours and bring warm clothes!
