It’s been there since June but we haven’t been up to Los Alamos for a while. Stopped in at the Smith’s to do some quick shopping and immediately recognized the smell of good bbq. We tried the sliced brisket and it was the best we’ve had since TX! Nice staff, great food, quick service. What else can you ask for?
This is some of the best BBQ I've ever had. The brisket was a nice moist cut that melts in your mouth. Unlike the other reviewer, I think the sauce is excellent and that the meat has great flavor. The portions are large and the prices are in line with other joints in the area. Last, the Texas Toast that comes with the combo plates really completes the meal. Infinite is definitely going to be a regular stop for me!
