Fixed. Fast. Not too much $. What's not to like?

There employees are super nice and helpful either though they didn’t have too.i call around all over place for people to work on my hitch and they told me no, they all told me,”we are all booked 3+ months” for a half hour job. I was late for my appointment with them, not on purpose and they didn’t have a much of an issue with it and understood. There all nice and professional, also understanding . There lobby, I really enjoy. Plenty of room and felt comfortable which doesn’t happen to often. There all good people and great customer service!!!!!!! I also don’t write reviews unless exceed my expectations of customer service by mile, they did just that.

Got me hooked up with running boards and cover for my truck. Friendliest, knowledgable crew in the industry!!

I needed my existing old fifth wheel hitch installed into my newer truck with a new brake controller.nI checked and called 3 different local companies and all I got was a run around about how busy they were and to call back later to make an appointment. (I guess these other places did not want or need my business)nWhen I called the Topper Factory they were very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed and we setup an appointment.nI showed up and they got to work right away. 2 hours later they called and said the work was done. They performed the job just as I expected in a very timely manner and for the price they quoted.
