DO NOT use this company. DTF does all the plumbing for Prize Homes and we've had nothing but trouble with his work in a brand new $250,000 home. All three of our tubs/showers have leaked behind the walls ruining or basement ceiling over and over. EVERY SINGLE drain in our house has leaked at some point! At every turn I see bad work, and cheep products. Both outdoor spigots broke inside the house due to bad soldering. Speaking of Prize Homes, Debbie's work may look good on the outside but we've found tons of problems hidden behind the walls. We hired a reputable Pueblo builder to inspect and he too found major issues with framing, plumbing, and bad workmanship throughout. Prize homes are NOT meant to last and we've been fixing her problems for years. Our deck sags, our driveway sank, they used horrible cheep carpet, our doors do not open/close without rubbing, or A/C unit was way too small for the house and burned out, as is the furnace, the furnace vent was improperly installed, the dryer vent was even messed up and ruined our dryer. I could go on and on. Both of these companies are joke and should be shut down.
