Each All State company is privately owned. I had it through Washington State for years and was treated very well!nMy experience with this office was horrid!! I was quoted at a monthly payment of $108. I said that’s a lot lower than my previous quote. He said, “That guy must have done something wrong”.nNo, it was Emanuel who was wrong. They put in a multiple policy discount to lower the rate. Didn’t ask about adding renters insurance or any other policy.nSo I paid the $108 for 3 months, then my bill went to $149. Because the multiple policy discount fell off (which I had no idea was on there).nSandy was short and didn’t seem to want to take the time to fix anything. Long story short, I’m now with a new insurance company.nHonest is the best policy!! Not a good way to do business!!
