Great staff & care. Facility amazing!

My grandmother is a two time cancer survivor. She had treatment for both of her cancers at the Dorcy Cancer Center. I can not say enough positive things about this center. The staff are very compassionate and we could always count on Dr. Stageberg to give us a laugh even on days that were tough for us. He truly cares about his patients and works diligently to deliver the best care. They also have great programs for their patients such as support groups, Integrative Therapy and an American Cancer Society Resource Center. Would not go anywhere else for care, truly the best!!

I was impressed with how straight forward, fully informative and on top of things that Dr. Stageberg was. He was stern in what he could not do, however he was tenacious about jumping on care concerns that he had. I have confidence in the team care and positivity this Center provides. Support care of other patients was presented in a relaxed environment as well.

Horrible staff truly dont care. They are in it for the money. They could care less about there patients. I was scheduled to do radiation in September however after speaking to my oncologist, it was no longer needed and it was for precaution because I had no active cancer cells at that time.Now that I do they want to push me out a month. Which mind you I have already waited a month. The nurse Kim who scheduled me was very rude and unprofessional. All she focused on was why I didnt do radiation the first time. She lied to my oncologist nurse and staff. It's clear they are not passionate about there jobs. And genuinely are not invested in anyway in the care of there patients. I now have to drive to Colorado springs just to receive radiation every day for 6 weeks. When they could have helped. If I could rate 0 I would. Horrible staff. They clearly neglected the fact I needed treatment immediately my cancer is highly aggressive. Dr Stageberg Is one of the only 2 Doctors in pueblo who offer radiation. His nurse is beyond uncaring. All she kept saying wasnt dr hadnt talked yet to get me in. I talked to my Dr. That was clearly never the case. I already emotional drained and she really upset me with her lack of professionalism and ignorance. I think she might have forgot why she is in and chose her profession. Her and Dr. Stageberg. Smh not the actual cancer center just stageberg nurse..
