Days Inn by Wyndham Pueblo

My family of 4 adults rented 2 rooms trying to get from Texas to Idaho for my Mom's memorial. There are no elevators, 1 of our rooms was covered in trash and cereal all over the floor, not cleaned, the TV didn't work, the coffee was cold in the morning and the clerk was rude about it saying she wouldn't make any more until 6am. Worst experience ever adding to our stress and exhaustion from losing my mom and just trying to get there.

It was very nice but the 250 deposit ugh then it takes 3 to 6 business Days to put back on your card um we'll see how long it takes for them to put it on my card I did it twice

The lady that checked us in was very nice. The room was clean. Everything else left something to be desired. A lot of homeless people were wandering around aimlessly nearby. The side door was unlocked. Someone called our room randomly around 2 AM offering to sell us meth. There were drug deals going on in the parking lot. Lots of litter and human waste in the area. We didn't feel very safe and would have picked another place.

Lady at desk was rude when I asked why they were holding funds for 7days she got very aggressive and said she would not rent the room to us. Don’t brother staying here it’s dump anyway.

Different desk was unprofessional. There is a child in the laundry room running around there's holes in the bedding and there are needle caps everywhere. This is the worst place to stay and everybody looks like they are on drugs there
