We've had a great experience taking our two standard poodles, the groomers donsich an amazing job and must have the patience of a saint! I've tried to groom them myself a few times and it's not easy!nI'd highly recommend for your grooming needs and be sure to check out the retail side right next door.

Store is amazing! They really have love for animals there. Their entrance and displays are quite impressive to say the least. Prices are also comparable to other big box stores so they definitely secured my business to meet my pet needs. And they have sucker meat in which I fish with so, plus!nnThank you!

They are great, always helpful. My fish are always healthy. I have a CO2 injected aquascaped planted freshwater tank. I’ve bought my tank, many different types of freshwater fish, plants, and all that goes with it from them over the years. This includes a wide variety from discus to simple tetras and they’ve always been healthy. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and very good to work with. Highly recommend them!

I've been looking for a small puppy for years. At every turn trying to adopt I hit walls. While talking to a friend I said I am ready to buy one. He called Pet Paradise, gave them my price point and pet preferences. They said they had one that matched, they sent him a picture and 4 hours later, I was phoning in a deposit and picking him up the next day. Melanie and Simone were a dream. They had our new baby ready for us. The puppy came with shots, chipped and all the info about where he was born and what breed each parent was. They guarantee the pet and so we got him to our vet not a week later and he checked out just fine. I was extremely hesitant to go in this direction to get a puppy but they are true professionals. The place truly matches its name. They have a full blown store, grooming. Highly recommend.

I was debating about writing this, so here we are. Me and my family always took our dogs to get groomed at pet paradise ever since I was a little kid. We ran into little to no problems (besides the one day the groomer almost gave away my dog to a different person, but let’s not talk about that now.) I applied to work there about a year ago. Besides the miss communication about wether to go one day or another I guess I was “late” to my interview. Anyways, they gave me a basic understanding of what went on around there. And it was horrible. The way they mistreat those dogs was heartbreaking. They threw them around in the bath, spun them, used very high water pressure for a very tiny dog, then continued after to cage them up in a small cage and dry them off with a vacuum hose that was tied up. Dogs whined, barked you name it. I’m so incredibly glad that they didn’t hire me because I wouldn’t stand to work at a place like that. I will not recommend, or will never take my dogs there again. I felt like a horrible owner taking my dogs there when I did. I do not recommend. There’s plenty of groomers that are cheaper and better and will definitely treat your dogs better.
