I find it funny that they tell you they service your area and they advertise 24/7 service. That in fact is false advertising. They said that they would come out the next day, that would have been Thursday, then they canceled and said they couldn't make it until Monday!I have the email confirmation for the Thurs appointment. The next step after writing this review s to report them to the better busines Bureau. I recommend that if you experience this service that you do the same.

Jason was professional and friendly. He solved the issue and had everything functioning in less than an hour. Super happy with the service and will definitely keep the number for any future emergencies.

Do not call these guys they will tell you a tech is going to contact to you and then they don’t. I had to call three times over the span of 3 hours and the last person was so rude and told me that they couldn’t give me a definitive answer to when they would contact me and be out to my residence. He ended the call with telling me it was my prerogative if I wanted to call someone else and hung up. I contacted flow right plumbing and within a minute of getting off the phone a tech contacted me and is on their way to me to help me out. That is what customer service is about and actually owning up to a 24 hour service.
