Im just confused last year they quoted us 749 bucks to move our gas line a couplele hundred feet and after 3 weeks of requesting someone to come out for a quote to move it 25 feet and another 3 weeks to recieve quote of $949 dollars. No digging required just want to hook up my new stove. We've used them tons of times before, but now we'll be moving onto another company who isn't jacking up rayes in a pandemic and who will appreciate repeat business that pays in full and on time. I honestly just think I'm in shock. Otherwise they've always done a great job.

We have a home in Crestone, CO. and Vendola Mechanical Contractor’s has not ever been able to make a specific appointment for us and has neglected to make an effort to resolve our Hot Water Heater issues..nDon’t Recommend..

My tenant called to get someone out since they thought a pipe burst in the yard and they were without water. Took Vendola a week and a half to get out to the house to fix the problem. There was a mix-up in communication and I, as the landlord, was never contacted to give the okay for work to commence. When I found out they were at the house and already working, I allowed them to continue. I asked that day for them to please let me know what the problem was and what was done to fix it. I never received communication letting me know and now almost a week late, I still do not know. Then, two days after the problem was supposedly fixed and the house had water, again there was no water. I left messages over the weekend for someone to get out and fix the problem that obviously wasn't fixed previously and didn't receive a call back until Monday. The message left for me said that it must be because the tenants were instructed to put a heat lamp in the well house and must not have done that (which they had). Tenant said that when they went to the well house, the power box had shifted so the worker hit it a few times and it worked. Unprofessional and very lacking in customer service.
