Ferguson Plumbing Supply

This place is a JOKE! Go somewhere else! I went in and got some fittings off the shelf walked up to the counter to pay and the little dude with the ponytail said sorry I can't sell you those they've been spoken for! Unbelievable! I will never go back!

Wanted to order all my bathroom fixtures today but really you have no sales representative available today.

You would think a plumbing supply shop would hire people that know something about plumbing, nope. I went there today on a Saturday morning, when normal working folk can get to a store like that, and neither of the two people who worked there knew anything about plumbing. I didn't think it could be worse than Home Depot, but these guys knew even less! This place is obviously just for plumbers or anyone who knows exactly what they need, not average DIY types like myself.

Two 30 minute, every single time I come here

I’ve been trying to find an adapter between a faucet and a portable dishwasher. Three days ago, I went to the Ferguson website to check and make sure they were accepting walk-ins right now. I didn’t see anything and called just to make sure. I spoke to someone at the Raritan location who, when I told them what I was looking for, told me I should go to the Santa Fe/Oxford location. I drove 30 minutes to this location and decided it seemed like the best idea to go to the kitchen and lighting showroom because I needed a kitchen part and they might be able to help me. I was there for 10 minutes and at no point did an employee talk to me or ask me if I needed help. I left and decided to try the BAC location across the way but called their number to check and make sure they were allowing walk-ins. I told the person on the phone what I was looking for and they said they were unsure if they had it and put me through to the parts department. No one answered there and I left a message explaining what I was looking for. It’s been three days and I still haven’t heard back. I decided to walk over to the BAC area to see if they were open. A sign to the side of on the door said they were accepting appointments only. I left, having wasted over an hour of my time, to go to a plumbing supply store that could actually help me. I understand that times are different right now and we can’t expect every place to be open to walk-ins but I’m extremely disappointed by the fact that I checked online and called twice and no one could help me nor did they tell me I would need an appointment to go to the location I was recommended to go to. I was able to find the part that I needed very easily with a different plumbing supply store.
