When I shopped in store it was fine. .ended up getting a kay jeweler store card . .used it a couple times. .just looked at my credit report and the account was closed. Wasn't notified before account was closed etc. .pretty annoying. .made my credit score go down!#*

Staff was kind and informational regarding my ring repair. Only annoying thing was she kept talking about how excited she was to be off two hours. If you’re counting down the hours to get off then maybe get a job you enjoy
