I came in on a Sunday and asked if I could exchange a brand new Pandora bracelet that we purchased at another location. I was told yes I could as long as I had it in the box which I did. when I came in the following day I was told I could not exchange it and they could not look up the purchase at another store forcing me to have to drive several miles to the store where I originally purchased the item. I was gladly ready to purchase another bracelet since this was a Christmas gift but the salesperson try to sell me the only size she had available which was a display model at full price mind you and it had a bend in it. I must say I was very displeased with the level of professionalism at this particular Pandora store I cannot believe they would try to pawn off a used item at full price especially knowing that I was willing to buy another bracelet out right due to their incompetence. Because of this particular situation I will not shop for Pandora at this location until this type of situation can be remedied.
