Once in a while in life you unexpectedly meet amazing people. This was my experience with Cruz. He was kind of enough to come over at the end of the day. He identified some problems and instead of scheduling an appointment for trapping and closing any openings to my home he literally went to his truck got some parts and supplies and reinforced any openings to my home and garage that a mouse could slip in. He then just gave me instructions and told me I could easily handle the rest. I tried to give him money and I persisted but he wouldn't take it. It is hard to believe that any contractor of any kind would ever do this. Many thanks to you Cruz.
Frank Whitaker knows animals. He and his crew did an exhaustive inspection of our problem and knew immediately how to solve it. They sealed up every hole they could find in our house, and educated me on some fascinating rat psychology. They were thoughtful and thorough, and stuck to their guarantee when a mouse showed up a month later. They come out as many times as necessary to fix the problem, for one flat fee. Don't let a pest control company chase away animals just to have them come right back, let Frank work his magic and rat/mouse/raccoon proof your house.
