An appointment was made the same day and the service cost offered was very affordable. I was delighted that the technician was able to arrive within 20 minutes and was an expert in fixing up my washer that doesn't start. I had no complaints about the result of the repair for it was really good. The quality was very satisfying. Strongly recommended!

I called American Service Alliance yesterday concerning my refrigerator/freezer. Bobby arrived perfectly on time. Best appliance repair service I have ever used. Very professional, quick, and clean. The prices were extremely fair. I will definitely call him next time I need an appliance repair. Would totally recommend this company.

Very happy with the service! American Service Alliance came at the time when they said they would! Then the bill was exactly what they said it would be even though it took him twice as long at no fault of his! Very clean and efficient! The prices were very reasonable as well! Very courteous! Fixed my refrigerator that was not cooling.

William at American Service Alliance was very attentive and committed to fixing my dishwasher. He returned multiple times to get it in working order, and his hours were flexible. I appreciate the one-hour window that he gives, which is much shorter than most other places, and his prices were very reasonable. I just purchased my first home and will need a repair guy in the future. William's my man! Thanks for the great service. I highly recommend American Service Alliance!

Very impressed with the prompt direct service and friendly staff. Had to order a control board for my dishwasher, it was here quickly, the friendly girls in the office called to set up an appointment and all of this was done in a few days. The flat-rate pricing was my favorite part I knew what this was going to cost me quickly with no hidden fuel charge and such. American Service Alliance will have my business as long as I live in the area!!
