Aaron was awesome! He not only was competent and super knowledgeable, but he was patient with all my questions- giving thorough and helpful answers. He was consistently on time for appointments (of which there were several,) and always made a quick call to make sure you were ready before showing up. All around a super nice experience! I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for anything plumbing related in the future.
The service, knowledge and follow through with Phil and Paul's is incomparable, they are EXCELLENT! I had a very complex situation with a recirculating pump and Jeff was able to diagnose it, correct it, and explain the problem to me in laymen's terms. Jessica who places all orders is friendly, call you by name, understands plumbing and not a paper pusher.nnI highly recommend this company, without proper diagnosis of my problem, my expenses would have far exceeded what I paid.

Call so many times, left message no reply
We had a plumbing issue in our office complex, due to some construction over the weekend. We could not get anyone to come and fix it. I found Phil & Paul's Plumbing on the internet, saw their 5 star reviews and called. We were in a panic to get water on to our office. They came out promptly, fixed the issue immediately and got us up and running. Their fee's are more than reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any work. So appreciate their promptness in an emergency.
