I can’t tell you enough how amazing my customer was with Jewelry Mart!nI’ve shopped around to get custom name plate necklaces and I was blown away with their price and quality of the jewelry! All high end and very affordable!nI got 4 rings, 2 custom name necklace plates, a chain and spent half of the price I would’ve paid elsewhere!!!nMagdalena was very sweet and knowledgeable! She is amazing at sales cause I can’t stop thinking about the diamond band I was eyeing. She told me I can do payments and I am willing to drive back to SD from Menifee to get it!nThank You to David he kept in close contact with me about the progress of my jewelry! Never left me hanging and called me to keep me posted! He knew how far I was driving, Such amazing experience with them I’m very impressed and I highly recommend coming here!

This place truly deserves 5-stars! Fast service, high quality. We had a slight problem with what we ordered and they immediate fixed it. David, the owner, really has that shop running smooth and efficient. Mathew our salesman was friendly customer polite, and knew his product and their shops capabilities inside and out. It was a pleasure coming here and we will for sure be back!

I have been shopping here since I was in Junior high school. My dad bought my first ring from here many years ago. David has always been my go to... I send as many people there way as I can. They have great prices and they have a huge assortment to choose from. If they don't have it they will make it.

I would like to share what I think was the most OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!. I've been coming here for 3 years now. Today I had the honor of meeting CARLOS. He represents what customer service is truly about. He was pleasant and very detailed. He also had a genuine sense of care. He truly stood out from any representative there Thank you Carlos!!..
