First time renting .. and will be my last ..
They claimed we left the rv dirty and destroyed pic 1-6 is how we left the rv. Cleaned, no rice on the sink, no broken panel. We only used the sink to rinse the rice and wash hands. No dishes was wash since everything we used to eat was disposable. Picture 7-13 is was they claimed was wrong with the rv so our $400 deposit will not be returned. Picture 11-13 we don’t even know what part of the rv that was, we think it became dirty because it rained there was a sand storm and it was very windy but they blamed us for it. Charged us $300 for the cleaned sink claiming it was clogged but the water was going in so easily when we left and it was clean. We didn’t even use it much because we were told that the water tank can only hold 23 gallons.
No contract was send to us telling us what we can and can’t use. I called and asked for one they told me they will email but never received one. They didn’t tell us we can’t remove the zip ties on the curtains but charged us for using the curtains for privacy.
Very nice and well kept RV, friendly staff, and very decent prices! Will definitely use again!
This is one of the nicest RV I have stayed in! The family is amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and most of all made our trip the beat ever!
My family had the most amazing time traveling, it was so comfy, cozy and very clean RV! I will always use this family for RV rentals.
