A year ago I thought I had found my new mechanic in town since they treated me so well and solved my issue easily. I was even willing to pay a little more for honest and good work. This most recent debacle lowered my opinion at least 3 stars. In fairness I had a different service writer and tech for this visit so it might just be that. But on my precious day off I made an appointment for a brake job to replace pads and rotors and a simple oil change. Imagine my surprise when I came back 2+ hours later and nothing was done but a test drive and car up on the rack. The mechanic tried to use a scare tactic into getting me to approve unrelated service to my car. When I said no, I simply want my brakes and oil change done they hadn't even started on the oil change or looked into whether they had the brakes in stock for the job!!! Which they did not. So I guess I made an appointment in advance to have my car lifted into the air for 2 hours with no service then asked to wait for the oil change even longer, pay for all my parts up front (only a $25 part was not in stock) and come back and leave my car again on Monday! The unrelated repairs were a cabin air filter which was no older than 6 months I replaced myself (doubt they even opened it up to look at it). Lower control arm bushings (these have a specific measurement of play to determine replacement), he just shined a flashlight on some weathering/cracking rubber and said "these are scary, I was scared driving your car on the test drive!" They aren't actually bad and don't effect my brakes shaking. And CV axle leaking. Also, known to me but not my reason for bringing in the car and what I scheduled time for. Does not effect braking. For the love and for your own good, don't do what every dealership is known for. This is what drives people away from you. Listen to your customers. I'm off to Zion Motors after this. A good friend recommends them so I think it fitting to put them on your review so you know where you lost your business to. And no, I won't reach out to your manager with an email. You can reach out to me if you care about fixing your image and a poor review.

I had Donnie as my sales person, he came in on his day off for starters to make sure I would walk out with a car that day. I needed to get a car that day as I just sold my car that I was driving. I originally went in to look at one car but it was sold right before I showed up, Donnie instantly got on it and started showing me cars in price range that he would think I would have interest in. He nailed it on the spot with the car which was everything I was looking for in a car, then he got straight on financing, as a first time car buyer he was able to get me a extremely good rate and a good price on the car. I was in and out of the dealership at a good time and was driving the car out of there, he was even able to drive me to my work to pick up pay stubs! A week later I notice one of the tires on the car has a bulge in the sidewall that I didn’t notice before, and I shot Donnie a text and he got back to me quickly. He talked to the service department and he took care of the tire issue for me. Donnie is very easy going, honest, motivated to take care of me and making sure I’m happy, he didn’t hide anything from me and told me everything that was going on in the paperwork and explained it very well, and he is extremely nice. 10/10 I would recommend getting a car from Toyota and especially going through Donnie when you go in!!! 2019 Toyota Camry LE

I was looking for a 4Runner trail edition trim in California for about 2 months. After dealing with a lot of "trick quotes" and marked-up MSRPs I decided to get the car I want from out of state. (Best car-buying decision I've ever made). Contacting all dealerships that had the car available in Nevada, Arizona and Southern Utah, I got the fastest response from Jessica at Wade Toyota. The entire purchase journey was a blast. When I arrived at St. George airport, I got picked up with the car I was buying! Purchase was fast and transparent. Everyone at Wade Toyota was friendly and they helped me put together a list of places to visit in Zion, Bryce Canyon and more. My best car-buying experience, hands down.

Excellent service, we did not feel pressured in any way. We felt this was our decision even to work through all of the details, it was an excellent experience. We have been sold on quality of Toyota for years. We have been sold on Stephen Wade service and quality for years as well. Thanks Dave An updated recommendation. We still rate the service as excellent. However, the pricing for some of the ancillary services seem to be inflated compared to other providers. I saved over $130 for a battery change, compared to the price quoted by Stephen Wade.
