Richard Builders and 3D Remodeling

After patiently waiting for this company that was in and out of my house for 4 months, while my kitchen was completely demolished, I was emailed by Tim that they could no longer complete my kitchen because they had to many jobs. I should have fired them a long time ago but I had faith that they would make good in their word . One excuse after another. I would advise anyone that is looking to have any remodeling done not to call them. Worst experience I have ever had. I will be reporting them to the bbb for sure.

It's done! ...and we could not be happier! We may not have realized the scope of gutting and redoing a kitchen but Dan certainly did. His expertise, fantastic crew, punctuality, and attention to our every need (insert 5 cats an a jealous dog!) allowed for a seamless transition from new to old kitchen. If it were not for (insert big box company mess up here) the job would have been done in 3 weeks. But within all that waiting, Dan and his crew made sure all our needs were met and that we had some semblance of a working kitchen in the interim. We were ALWAYS in the loop with Dan and he picked up the phone every time we called without fail. That was HUGE for us and was appreciated.nnIf you are shopping prices, or quality of work--big or small--the buck stops here with 3-D Construction with Dan at the helm. He gets it done, does what he says he's going to do, and fixes things even when they were not his fault. He does it once and does it right. We consider ourselves fortunate to have had him for our remodel. It is beautiful!
