They did an excellent job repairing my tub , had used them many years ago and it still looked great , till someone poured a liquid drain cleaner down the drain and some spilled on to the bottom of the tub taking the finish off , looks terrific , never knew anything happened and was happy that I didn't have to do the whole tub . I highly recommend them.

I had Miracle Method come out to do two tile showers/tubs. They came out over 5 times between estimating, the actual service, and fixes of their mistakes which still were never fixed correctly. I’ve never been more upset with a business

This was an excellent experience from start to finish and definitely deserves a 5-star review. Christine in the office was very responsive to my scheduling requests, notifying me of when the service man would arrive, and requests for some additional attention to be given to certain aspects of the project.nnThe serviceman, also Tom, was very polite and careful to inform me of what to expect with odors and results. He went above and beyond with the areas that needed special attention within the project. I RECOMMEND THAT HE GET A RAISE AS HE IS A VERY GOOD REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE COMPANY!!nnWe had a cast iron tub refinished on a surface that had been sprayed years ago prior to us purchasing the house. The tile wall had also been sprayed, but had a few areas needing some attention. Tom, the owner, agreed to have his serviceman work on these areas, and they came out beautifully. Tom, the serviceman, really took the time to inform me of expectations, how to mange the odor, and to give special attention to the difficult areas within the project.nnEverything came out perfectly and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I called to notify Miracle Method that we were in the middle of a power failure and have no electricity for our appointment, but National Grid said we could have power back in time for appt.nHe said we need to reschedule. I asked if we could still do it if power was up on time? He said “NO” “forget it we don’t want to do that job???”nI was flabbergasted at how rude and arrogant he was. I would never recommend such an unhinged individual for any type of work around the home.

Loved it! Justin did the work. It took a little longer than expected because our weather was so damp and humid. The room needed longer to dry. We did the bathroom--both walls, tub and floor tiles. I went from pepto bismol pink to a beautiful off white. We had contacted Miracle Method after seeing the two bathrooms they did for my neighbor. Justin was excellent. Kept us apprised of everything he was doing. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.
