I have never in my life been to a PCP Dr of cardiology no less, who has absolutely no concern or well being for his patients. He is blatantly avoiding me and my daughter who need medical assistance. His receptionists are so incompetent they shouldn’t even have a job. I was there this morning for a simple referral I have been asking for over 2 months now. I called this Tuesday to be told the referral will be ready and they would call me back that day. NOTHING NO CALL. Tried again Thursday but the office was closed. Ugh!!! So went in person today with my fiancé for a witness and we were told He he’ll do it next week. Why?? It’s already 3 months long I’ve been very sick in extreme chronic pain I no longer can take the pain it’s unbearable. I needed help and he denied me. Even to talk to me!! Consequently as soon as I left I tried calling them back and now there phone number is not in service. Hmm makes you wonder why? This is just the start of my complaint. Be warned people go elsewhere for your own well being!nnThis review is not even acceptable being a 1 star it should be -1000%!!

Dr. Tschirley is the best doctor I ever had. This doctor took such great care of me I never worried about healthcare or medical issues. I left RI for another state, what a mistake. The healthcare here stinks, appointment times are horrible as is the professionalism of the doctors. One thing about Dr. T was I could call him anytime and he would talk to me. I really miss him. Never waited more than 24 hours for an appointment.nnSo if you have him as a doctor, keep him as long as you can. God bless this great doctor!nSteve K

Man, this doctor needs to retire, I literally went to one appointment and was disgusted at how he treated me. NO CONCERN OR CARE at ALL. Switched PCP’s that same day.

He’s rude and arrogant. No concern for the patients feelings or pain. Wait time is very very long. Time to retire doc.
