I was a patient of Dr. Diamond as a child & have been taking all 3 of my children here since they were born. On September 17, 2020 Dr. Marc W. Diamond, MD violated my 6 year old sons HIPPA rights by sending false information to his Elementary School. My son sees a specialist at Boston Children’s Hospital for his Asthma & the School should have reached out to us as parents & not the doctor. After we learned of the Doctor’s Office sending this information I immediately called Dr. Diamond & told him how unacceptable this violation was. Not only did he break Doctor Patient privilege, but he sent out information pertaining to a health concern that he was not the treating physician for. After a scolding & telling Dr. Diamond how he should really be careful by violating people’s health rights we were told we would have to find a new Doctor for our children. The office refuses to speak with us as they are afraid that they are now being sued for the violation. You can't sue for HIPPA violations, something he should know. To every parent that takes their children to this practice. This is the first time in 35 Years that I’ve ever needed Marc Diamond to act like a decent human being & just apologize for the problems he caused. He couldn’t do that; he ran from the issue instead & is now hiding behind his staff. He had his office staff take our numbers & refused to ever call us back. We can’t even get a copy of the wrong information that he sent to our son’s school. I finally called back & gave him one last opportunity to own up to his mistake & just apologize & speak to me as a man. I told them I had no interest in hiring an attorney or filing a complaint if he would take accountability. Unfortunately, Mark W. Diamond, MD needs a lesson in accountability. He refused to call & discuss this issue so now we’ll be following through with the Health Department & our Attorney. This man should no longer be practicing medicine. Stay Away.

I have never felt so discriminated against with a doctor's office before. As a business owner you should be ashamed. I was told you are accepting new patients until your staff found out the new patient was a foster child. Then I was informed you could not provide health care to my new born foster daughter. My doctor is only a PCP and not a pediatrician. I feel like if my newborn was my own she would have been accepted but because she is a ward of the state she was denied health care services. Just because a child is foster child should not make them any less worthy of a good doctor. I will be sure to spread the word on how unprofessional and how you discriminate against children that are wards of the state.

I personaly am very Disappointed in the service I have experienced in the last year. Number 1. One of the Drs. Actually spoke to his employees in such a awful way and in front of all the patients. Number 2. I personally was a patient in this office since I was born I am now 48. I wasSo happy I was going to take my children. Well the last 2 years they have misdiagnosed one of my children. 2 times. Event in today for my child. She was feeling like her glands were swollen. No other symptom's mind you. Dr. Came in and basically came in and made my child feel like she was bothering him. Best part. He felt her glands and NEVER looked down her throat. I was not in the room not only because of covid but also my child is 16. He said she has Acid reflux. How could you know that if you NEVER looked Unfortunately I will not be returning. So disappointed. Also every time I go there is never the same people. There turn over rate is terrible.

All these 1-star reviews are from people who have either misinterpreted something and are now upset, or who were always wrong to begin with. You know those types who yell nonsense at Walmart managers, while convinced they have a case? It's a great place with kind and professional staff; appointments are on time; it is clean and child-friendly. We are very content ud83dudc4d

I called them on Friday of last week to start my son since our doctor closed unannounced. On Friday I was assured they were accepting new patients and I’d receive a call by Monday. I gave all of my sons information and waited for the call. After not getting any calls on Monday, I took it upon myself to call and was told that they are only accepting new borns. This practice lies, hung up on me 4 times after trying to figure out why I haven’t received a call and then proceeded to tell me if I had a new born he would be accepted. I have never in my life been treated this way by a doctors office and I will NEVER bring any child of mine here.
