I absolutely love this place the office staff is beyond accommodating and friendly and it's a One-Stop shop where you can get your primary cares & your GYN together and NPs are extremely easy to talk to and actually make you feel like you're not just a number that you're a human being

1. PCP is only available one day per week.n2. Lack of detail in documentation/clinical notes. Diagnoses not updated/accurate.n3. Unprofessional office staff.n4. My mother was also a patient there for years, had complaints of fatigue and palpitations, was told everything was “ok” and that it was “just anxiety”....then when we switched her to a new PCP and they picked up on her abnormal heart rhythm right away. Within a few months she was having major cardiac surgery at Mass General. How could they have overlooked this for so long?nI think NP’s are great overall, but clearly the providers here are not detail oriented or easy to access, and need to learn to listen to their patients more.
