Pleasantly surprised by this latest incarnation of the artist formerly known as the Gaslight, formerly known as the Garden. Ordered on the quick upstairs for lunch and got tremendous service and great food. Can't wait to return for dinner and a make-your-own charcuterie...

sooo good! The lobster roll is amazing and the cocktails are incredible. We are visiting from Atlanta and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Newport

Absolutely loved the food and total experience at Bar and Board. Travel often and would recommend everyone and anyone to make this place a go to if in Newport. From the host, to the waiters/waitress, bartender and food. Charlie is a magician behind the bar. Definitely get the bistro board, duck drumettes (their home made buttermilk ranch is worthy of it's own mention) and we loved the meyer lemon tart dessert. Looking forward to coming back again.

The shrimp and avocado appetizer is tremendous! We have never been disappointed by this gem in the center of Newport.
