A great place to eat with a surprisingly large amount of space inside! There was a bit of a wait to be seated, and an even longer wait between ordering and receiving our food. It's a very busy place. Though there was a long wait, the food itself was delicious and well worth it. The digital menu to order from also includes user reviews that helpfully explain each dish. A clean, comfortable place to eat with great food and great ideas!

Came recommended by a friend. Their lobster nachos are very creative - lots of lobster chunks and fresh nacho chips. Only suggestion is if they could spread out the cheese more because the whole dish got cold pretty quickly and the chips weren’t crisp anymore. Also ordered the calamari salad which was huge. I think my server was new so she forgot part of my order, but overall it was tasty. They don’t do reservations, you have to show up and get a buzzer. There’s three floors but I still waited about 30 minutes on a Tuesday around 2pm.

Definitely nice place to eat at. Had their lobster roll (bread was not sweet like a brioche bun) and my kids had the buttery penne pasta and cheese burger. They both loved their food as did I. For desert we had a fudge brownie with 2 scoops of ice cream! The staff was attentive even though the service wasn’t delayed a bit. I did see that she was running around a lot, which attests to the attentiveness. Food presentation was great! Server was very nice and brought everything we needed. :) I’ll be returning !

Overall good experience. I’d say though that there are much better restaurants on Thames St that are worth getting a meal at over The Red Parrot. Really great service, however drinks and food quality are just a 4/5. Bread on the lobster roll was extremely dry and flaky when it should be soft and buttery in my opinion. Not bad, but not the best.

Excellent service and great food. Usually a short wait to be seated and they will give you a buzzer, but you need some form of ID or credit card to take it with you. The place is always clean and has nice ambient lighting. Get the chips and salsa as a starter, its amazing! Whenever we go here we charge our Tesla down the street, so we tip extra if we can stay a while!
