Giusto

Giusto is our new favorite restaurant in Newport! The food is delicious, and the entire staff is very attentive and professional. Our server Sal was extremely attentive to our needs, personable and truly knowledgeable about the menu and beverages. He really made it a fantastic experience. The Scotch Meatball was amazing, as were all the small plates. We enjoyed several unique dishes which was fun and a great change from the ordinary dining experience. The vibe and attention to detail at Giusto is top notch and we look forward to our next visit.

We came in at the recommendation of our hotel for the Scotch Meatball which was excellent! Later we ordered some of the pasta dishes and my wife wasn't excited about how hers tasted (I put a little bit of that on the fact that she was pregnant at the time and her food desires vary from minute to minute). My wife, actually said it tasted good, but she just wasn't feeling excited for the dish.nnOur amazing waitress, Melanie, took note of the fact that her plate wasn't as finished as mine, where she learned that my wife wasn't 100% happy.nnA short while later, we were pleasantly surprised to be offered a different pasta dish on the house! It was brought to us by one of the managers, Lauren, who told us how important it was for the everyone working at the restaurant to make sure that every diner felt fulfilled and satisfied. It was a delicious dish but more importantly, I knew that there was a high standard here.nnI just wanted to let everyone know that this establishment made our night with that gesture. Heck, even weeks later, we are still talking about how good we felt to be taken care of like that. I look forward to bringing my parents, the rest of my family, and my friends to Giusto of Newport over and over. The staff is intuitive, knowledgeable of the dishes, and genuinely cared about exceeding customer expectations. I look forward to the next experience! Cheers!

What can i say...exceptional. Superb food and the service is out of this world. Aaron is the GM there and couldn’t do more for us. Lauren, was The only one who contacted us back after enquirers, we had called 4 places asking if they could accommodate a large group, and she was the only one to get back to us.nnThe restaurant is cool, inside and out, great vibe all together. Awesome overhead heaters outdoors that kept us really comfy.nnStaff all dressed in classic waiter attire, so smart, and there is such a positive collaborative culture, leading to an exceptional experience. If 6 stars was an option I would give it 6.nnGo and enjoy!!!!

We showed up for their brand new lunch menu and it did not disappoint. We had two younger children so we were placed in the private dining room. It was very nice to still enjoy the restaurant puppy separate from the other diners. The service was impeccable and Evan did a fantastic job. Aaron who is the general manager also was very accommodating. This is a can’t miss restaurant

Such good food and ambiance. Sadly, my favorite dish (the green bean pasta) was removed. Please, please bring it back! Best dish on the menu. The whole table loved it, even the avid meat lovers!!
