This place was recommended to me. They keep the patients waiting too long. They have NO respect for the patients & treat them like a number. Uncaring & arrogant. I know 2 other people who feel the same way

They keep saying their referring me to a specialist for testing and that specialist has never called, they haven’t bothered to reach out about the vaccine even though I’m eligible, and the doctor coded my visit wrong forcing me to pay almost $300 for a visit that should be free. Avoid at all cost, avoid any clinic under the lifespan umbrella. Worst health network I’ve ever used

What a waste of time this place is. I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Assad and informed the receptionist that as a disabled Veteran, I had severe nerve damage and and arthritis and had great difficulty sitting for long periods so wanted to make sure Dr. Assad was on time. I was assured he was. I was brought into the exam room and no one came in, I went out twice to ask the the receptionist and they assured me that Dr. Assad would be in soon. An hour and a half after my appointment was scheduled, I finally decided to leave when Dr. Assad came out while eating food and said he was ready. I told him he wasted my time and he responded by saying that he’s a doctor, it’s his time that matters.nI think the positive reviews here have to be from Dr. Assad’s family because they at least have to like him...

I’m new to the area and from the moment I walked in the staff here is so welcoming! Little to no wait time and Dr. Assad is amazing! I’m so glad I am going here now! Dr. Made me feel incredibly comfortable and I felt like he listened and addressed all my needs!!

Front desk staff are unprofessional. Appointment times are not accurate and patients are not informed when doctors and staff are behind/need to change appointments times.nnShowed up for an appointment only to be told they were running two hours behind schedule. I only use this facility when I absolutely need to go to the walk-in clinic and it still is an unpleasant experience.
