Very happy with Dr. Assad and the practice. He is smart and curious, really takes his time and listens, and considers the whole picture. He solved a big problem I was having with something very simple.

I am a disabled Veteran with severe nerve damage and arthritis throughout my body and find it painful to sit for extended periods. I came in for a first appointment with Dr. Assad after my primary care physician had left and was led into an exam room. Twenty minutes later I went and asked the receptionist how much longer, soon I was told. Another twenty minutes later and in excruciating pain from sitting in the exam room, I was again told soon... Long story short I was in that exam room for just short of an hour and a half without ever seeing the Doctor or a nurse even checking in before I decided to leave. Barely able to walk at this point, Dr. Assad finally came out smiling and eating food as he said “I’m ready for you now”. I told him it was too late and he said “well, I’m a Doctor and you are...? The condescending attitude was obvious. I did get a call from the receptionist the next day to apologize and said it was “Dr. Assad being Dr. Assad” but she couldn’t give me a new doctor without getting permission from Dr. Assad first. This doctor and location don’t have the patients best interest at heart.
