Our washer kicked the bucket in the midst of Covid-19... Called another local appliance store and it didn't seem like they had any interest in selling appliances. Up charges to take down the stacked washer, up charges to stack up the new set, multiple fees to remove the old appliances, and charges for every item needed to install the equipment. It was going to be $400 to deliver and install the washer/dryer set..... So I called Gil's. What a difference. A few reasonable fees for stacking kit and a power cord. No charge to deliver or install. Transaction with Michael was very professional and they are delivering in 3 days. Whole conversation took place over the phone and was about 20 minutes. I feel like I got a very reasonable price for a quality washer/dryer set. Hopefully the installation goes well, but they seem like an outfit that will make things right no matter what. Very pleased and will definitely buy local in the future.

There sales team was very helpful and informative. The delivery team was Awesome!! David & Pablo arrived first thing in the morning. David was great as he spoke Portuguese very well and was able to inform my mother of the entire process. Again the gentlemen were very courteous and professional. It was a very good buying experience.

Only problem, nothing in stock and no date when back orders would arrive due to covid. Prices were good but we couldn't order anything.
