I had an emergency and needed to see the Doctor, I called in and after checking with the doctor they said just come in . Wow what amazing customer service. I was able to get my situation resolved and feel 100% better. I just love the staff. I drive from canton because they are the BEST

Dr. Grucella, Paul, and the staff pulled together to get my daughter seen within hours of my previous post!! I felt the need to clarify that under normal circumstances and without the added stress and confusion of this pandemic the professionalism and fantastic treatment is above all others. My daughter was treated well and is feeling much better. She will need another follow up and I know that the biggest hurdle is over. I hope from this experience that the communication and prioritizing emergent visits will be better communicated between staff, schedulers, and patients. I also learned maybe our needs need to be communicated better as well. I have faith that this issue will not be one that continues and that the office of Dr. Grucella will continue to provide excellent, compassionate, and professional care.nnUp until recently I would recommend Dr. Grucella and his team to anyone. Now that we have an actual problem and need for care after a visit to the ER for severe inflammation, pain, and a round of antibiotics (we are on day 5) that were prescribed this dental team was unable to schedule an appointment for needed dental care (worsening of pain, pain radiating from site, inflammation, possible abscess?) for my daughter. Sure if you want routine cleanings during the pandemic, come on in, but if you need actual dental care, your better off going somewhere else. Maybe this team needs to re-evaluate how they prioritize routine care and true emergencies, especially during a pandemic. The hospitals cannot care for dental needs, they refer you to your dentist. Well that would be fantastic if our actual dental team left some room for this type of emergency. We have used this team for many years and I am truly disappointed in their care right now.

Just got a crown today by Dr. Grucella ! He was so nice and friendly and his assistant Sabrina was so sweet and professional ! When Dr. Grucella numbed me i did not feel a thing i was AMAZED ! Office was very clean and everyone was great and the entire process from beginning to end was stress free and easy .

I went to dr. Grucella's in 2007 to have many teeth extracted. He did a Great job and Dr. George made my partial. Then in 2018nI needed a new upper denture which was nice. I had adjustments and was please with the results. My 2 crowns lasted 30 months decided to get them removed as he told me on my bottom teeth. He was right they would last awhile and they did. So then I could not get into see him in September 2020 so I got a nice lady dr. Dr. Sasha, she removed my 2 crowns and made my dentures. I am pleased and still seeing them. They are so cautious about covid 19 and do the HIPAA precautions. The staff is very friendly and the office is extremely clean. I would recommend this office. I think the best logic is talk, listen and ask questions.
