Family Dental Team Inc

My wife and I were patients at Family Dental until recently. At the end of 2018 they strongly recommended that I receive a dental implant. I was told that they had checked my insurance coverage and the procedure would be more expensive if I waited until the new year. The implant wasn’t a priority for me, but I let them convince me that I’d be saving money by getting it done prior to 2019, so I did. A month later I received a bill for almost $1000. When I called, they said that they had missed a clause in my insurance and that the implant wasn’t covered after all, so I was responsible for the balance. Needless to say, we won’t be returning and I won’t be paying the $1000 bill.
