Paid a lot for a frame off that was reported to "run great". When I got it the axle was bent and at 40 mph it looked like the rear wheels were about to fall off. When I complained- crickets. There were other issues as well and surprises. He did resolve one to his credit hence a 2 rating vs a 1. Not a good buying experience.
