Dixie motors is amazing Ryan and his crew take care of you from top to bottom. Every question he was able to answer or find the answer. The radio display didn't work in the car that I bought so he help me with a new one. He also helped me replace a few tires too. I will come back for future purchases and refery friends.

Solomon was great to work with and made it super easy to get the car I wanted and in a timely manor. They were great at updating me and working with me through the whole process! Would definitely recommend buying from them, especially working with Solomon!

Had a great experience with Harrison and his Dad at the Dixie Motors on Bluff. We found a vehicle on Facebook Marketplace, and communicated online with Harrison from Farmington, NM. I can tell you they keep their word, they are honest and upfront and made it easy to purchase a quality vehicle from them. Driving all that way, we were a bit apprehensive, but it went beautifully. We love our Highlander. Thank you, Harrison!

The reason I went to Dixie motors was because an Audi I saw online had caught my eye. It was almost too good to be true. There was yellow with black rims and was an S4 Quattro I believe? Picture included. The owner I believe is the one who helped me and he was a very nice individual and I had nothing but a good experience with him and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. obviously he's in it to make money as well though so that's just what used car dealers do, but he lowered $1,500 off the price of the Audi and so I was also feeling like I was getting a good deal even though the warranty cost $1,500 anyway. However I know German cars are more expensive to upkeep and more risky to buy I knew this going in. The test drive was fine even though it was only a 10 or 15 minute test drive, If I was smart I would have inspected the car more closely, and taking it to a third-party mechanic to inspect it as well because I am not a car person. I also understand how I used car dealer works and that they are going to make money no matter what and that it's generally smarter to buy a car yourself off the street than to go through a dealer I'm aware of all of these things.I know all the tips and tricks but honestly the reason I wanted an auto loan is cuz I needed a financial obligation to help build my credit and a car seemed like a smart idea. It's only around 14 or 15,000 total so it's not the most expensive deal ever, but when you go to a used car dealer you just need to know that honestly the car is probably only worth $9,000, but when you go through a dealer you're paying extra especially if you get a warranty that sometimes you don't even need. So I got the car and and I drove it off the lot after signing all the paperwork and getting the loan and I immediately went to go show off my new car to my cousin. After picking up my cousin the vehicle had a "sports differential fault" light come on and it's stalled on me. I took my cousin home and took the vehicle back to the nearest Dixie motors location, it stalled on me three times losing complete power having to put the car in park, I did not even have emergency lights I could have been hit. The mechanic plugged it into his computer and ran the codes. And then took it for a test drive. when he came back he assured me that everything was fine and that I could take the car home, obviously I was panicking. I refuse to take the car home and I just went home I had them take me home. The son of the owner took me home and he was very kind and assuring to me, but I'm not going to lie I was still panicking and I did not sleep well that night. Luckily I had the day off the next day so I went back to the dealer you're probably wondering why this is a good review at this point. The owner Glenn I believe his name was, unlike his mechanic, was completely sympathetic with my cause and understood why I was freaking out and understood that I didn't want the Audi anymore. I had a lot of people telling me I could just back out of the deal, after researching it online and asking several people I was pretty confident I could back out of the deal, but I am also not a confrontational person so I was willing to work it out. He did tell me that I could NOT back out of the deal, but I could choose a different vehicle. Although that did upset me a little bit and I almost was going to tell him screw you and call the credit union I got the loan with and just stop talking to him and I could just cancel it with them, because I know you can cancel a loan within 72 hours or 30 days or something. However because he was so kind to me I agreed to choose between his inventory and get a different vehicle, he didn't even care if it was a lower price or higher priced one he was willing to completely change everything. I ended up getting a 2016 Scion which is basically a Toyota Camry with a hatchback. It has 60k miles and the previous owner has driven the piss out of it but it's a better and safer bet vehicle than that Audi. Be safe and do research people. I like Glen and they are Better than Stephen Wade!
