I'm disappointed in general with my local government office. They were at one point looking for a new website, so I offered my services. After meeting with them and hearing their pain points, I made a proposal that not only spelled out ways for them to save money on their webhosting, but also ways to get their minutes out faster (normally, there's a month delay), and a way to better connect the community. Several months later, it's still business as usual, with money hemorrhaging to legacy systems that don't provide a benefit to the residents of the township. I still have no idea what's going on in my local community unless I go out and find out for myself.
