Gorgeous Art Deco architecture. I imagine this was probably the elite shopping center in Cleveland for decades, but it's currently a post-apocalyptic ghost town. Fountains are all off. 50% vacancy. No one actually shopping, just walking around. The underground parking garage is super super sketchy. I can't recommend this place for shopping, eating, or entertainment, but if you're an Art Deco enthusiast, it's worth checking out, especially for the incredible front foyer off Prospect Ave. 2 stars only for the history, and that's it.
