A great repair shop with highly professional and conscientious employees! Brandon and Jeff didn't have to help me, but understood my dilemma and did whatever they could to help me. I'm from Kentucky and while driving the scenic route at Zion National Park on a Friday evening, all of the vertical welds holding my very heavy RV rear bumper upright broke allowing the bumper to tilt down about sixty degrees from its upright position and only inches from dragging on the ground. The horizontal welds held and was the only reason the entire bumper didn't completely disengage from the truck. The RV was undrivable and so, I had it towed all the way back to St. George to Riverside Automotive because it is one of the only auto shops open on Saturday and because of all the great reviews I read. I met Brandon when he opened the shop early Saturday morning and asked him if he could take a look at the bumper and if someone could jack the bumper up and weld it into place. Although the repair shop had a full schedule, limited personnel and the shop only open for a half day, Brandon got together with Jeff, an employee with welding experience, to take a look at my truck and see if there was anything that they could do. Jeff and Brandon inspected the bumper and put a game plan together and Jeff jacked up the bumper and took great care in welding plates onto the spots where the vertical welds broke and allowed me to get back on the road. Jeff took at least an hour of his day, doing the best welds he could to ensure that my vehicle would be safe to drive. Great people work here...highly competent and caring. If I lived in the St. George area, I would bring my auto(s) to them exclusively.

My sister in law had a spark plugs come out of her cylinder head on her E-350 van. I placed a call Saturday morning and asked if her van could be repaired. The service manager stated he could get it done Monday and we appreciated that. At 2:30 we received a call that it was finished with a more than reasonable price. Thanks for the great service. They worked on our truck very quickly and kept us up to date on everything going on with our vehicle, despite a little bump in the road. They let us tow it there and they even called us when our vehicle arrived at the shop. They have fair prices as well. It’s easy to see why this shop is so busy all the time, and they take care of their customers. Very highly satisfied.

They were able to get me in last minute and provide repairs at a very reasonable cost. I have used them for years and they continue to be my go-to location both for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. They treat people with respect. I recommend using them for anything car related.

Our family was headed home to Arizona from Utah when we broke down in St. George. We pulled off the freeway and pulled up to Riverside Automotive. They were extremely busy but they moved us up to the front of the line and went to work. The old alternator was warrantied so they had a new one delivered and repaired in about an hour! I'm so grateful because we were traveling with 3 young kids. Excellent Work, Great Service!
