When picking up my prescription, they only gave me half of the quantity I was supposed to have. Once this mistake was made, the pharmacy NEVER contacted me. Halfway through taking my prescription, I ran out and suddenly became aware of their mistake. Luckily, I realized this when I did, since this specific medication was time-sensitive.

One of the worst rite aids I’ve ever been to in my life. If I could give it a 0 I would tbh. I’ve been 2 days without my medicine. They’re communication skills is terrible. They don’t ever help you when you actually need something. Seems like they’re there for the money. I asked them to changed the order to my medicine which they did. But didn’t give me a location nor time to get my medicine which leaves me stranded.
