Platinum Parking

i was given a ticket when my monthly paper hang tag fell on the floor. i was told to not worry about the fine as it was the first in years. then i received a notice from a collection agency that demanded the money. i paid the $75 fine. if you can find an alternative to these lots, go with it.

Do not park here. Your car and your possessions will not be secure. Car vandalized and property stolen. Apparently happens on a regular basis. Would be an easy fix. Company apparently does not care about you or your possessions.

This is the worst parking company in Cleveland. Their customer service has degraded ever since they were bought few years ago. They are money hungry and parking prices during events have reached $100 believe it or not. They also keep jacking up the monthly fees on daily commuters and downtown workforce. Their lots are never safe to park at due to break-ins and loitering. I absolutely don’t recommend parking at any of their lots.

I had to work late on a week day, and I was given a $75 parking citation in a $7 lot. I paid for a spot for the day when I arrived, but they have a 6pm cutoff for daily parking - so even on a night where NOTHING was going on downtown, and there were no increased rates and almost no other cars in the lot at the time (you can see this in the photos THEY took), I was given a ticket, despite being a regular paying customer of the lot. I didn't leave my car in the lot for all night or anything egregious... I worked late, and was cited literally at 7:36pm.nnThis company is attempting to monopolize parking services on the east side of Cleveland, and spike prices up because you have no other options, while charging obscene amounts for violations with virtually no respect for their customers or the situation.

The Construction workers at the Playhouse Square are VERY RUDE & they act as if they own the parking lot that I park in. I am a monthly tenant, pay my bill on time, never asked for any special parking space, never tried to sue the company for my vehicle being damaged on the lot in front of the attendant by a Oversize pickup truck, which is the Trucks taking over the parking lot now. All i want is to be able to park my car in the lot in my normal space & not have to worry about my car being damaged or cussed out by the workers because i parked my car in a space that is big enough to make sure another car or truck's door doesn't come in contact to my car. I wish Platinum Parking would look out for the people who are loyal & constant & pay their bill on time & who needs the parking lot everyday & not just new construction sites come up & then you want their money also but don't have the space but you are willing to make life difficult for those who need the parking space more than just those few extra dollars you are making now until the constructions worker leave & then the monthly clients don't want to come back to you because you will turn around & do it again when another project goes up in this area. This is my 3rd project I have dealt with in the last 10 years since parking in this lot. I am ready to leave & find another lot that is not Platinum & I have found one & they have room. 1401 Prospect Rd Downtown Cleveland
