I actually got my ears pierced today. The employees were so amazing. The equipment was cleaned in front of me and she took the time to make sure that everything was lined up. She also gave me clear instructions on how to clean them. If you wanna just do it, do it.

Went to Claire's to buy some stuff for my mom, the ladies that worked there were incedibly helpfull, they told me if i buy three item's i get three item's for free, worth it, so i bought three item's

I went here to get my 4 month old ears pierced, my son ear pierced and mines. My son and daughter piercings are perfect but my piercings are uneven! I’m calling today to see if someone can fix it. I’ll update this review once I speak to someone.

On July 17, 2018 my mom, sister and myself went into the store looking for a small clear plastic bag for the Taylor Swift concert. The ladies working were very helpful. The one at the register helped us a lot and was measuring different bags for us because the bag only could be so big. The one at the register was also giving us different ideas as what to use. The lady at the register then came up with the idea to use a pencil bag. She went in the back and with another lady went though boxes till they found them for us. Both ladies were super friendly and helpful. I wish I caught there names.

I went in the store on May 24, 2017, I walked in and the lady that was working there never greeted me, she never asked me if I needed help with anything she proceeded to put the jewelry back on the rack. As I am still looking at earrings I WAS going to purchase I noticed she was standing behind me just watching me as if I was going to steal something. I immediately put back what I had planned on purchasing and left the store. I WILL NEVER GO IN THAT CLAIRE'S AGAIN. SHE MADE ME FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! On top of that I had a VS bag in my hand so I CLEARLY was not trying to steal. And I will be sure to post this on both of my Facebook Accounts so that people know not to shop there!
